I lived in a Capitol Hill apartment for over 5 years and I think I knew 3 people at the end of my stay.  Many times, I was simply looking for somebody to grab a drink with, ski with or, perhaps, find a jogging partner. Short elevator rides and briefly passing in the hallway was not enough time to strike up a conversation.

These features include local social networking, local maps and directories, forums, classifieds, interest clubs, blogs, calendars, etc...

Ex...You can meet new tenants through our social networking functions or search for your Post Office, Dry Cleaner, or where the new sushi restaurant is in your area and you will get results based on your buildings exact location.
