Nayburz delivers a host of services not found together on any other online site and grouped together exclusively for your neighborhood. These features include local social networking, local maps and directories, forums, classifieds, interest clubs, blogs, calendars, etc...

Ex...You can use the forums to tell others/learn about issues that are going on in your area (new construction, parking issues, civic activities, etc.),   get help finding a babysitter/handyman, or just see who has chosen to live in the same part of the city!
