Nayburz is a private, city-wide network owned and operated by Dasabo Enterprises, LLC, a private company. That said, Nayburz reserves its right to ban anything and anyone from this private network for any reason deemed appropriate.

Rule #1: Don't be nonsensical or ridiculous.

By using our private network, Nayburz, we assume you are smart enough to use it. In other words don't do any of the following:

1. Publish any private information. If someone asked for your social security number and bank information and you give it to him/her, Nayburz believes you are nonsensical.
2. Agree to real life ideas that make no common sense. For instance, if someone wants to meet you for a beer "in a dark alley behind the old garage," and you show up, Nayburz believes you are ridiculous.
3. Give out your exact address or discuss your wherabouts/travels. Ex. "I can't wait to leave my house on 1555 Fake street for the next two weeks so please come break in to my house" If you do this, you are both nonsensical and ridiculous.

Rule # 2 Have fun and meet cool people in your community!

Nayburz private network is reserved only for reasonable, smart people. If this isn't you, please use MySpace.

Internet Privacy

Nayburz respects your right to privacy and does not collect personally identifiable information (for example your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) about you from Nayburz unless you voluntarily provide it to us. During your visit to the network, we will only collect non-personally identifiable information regarding your usage of Nayburz such as your navigation, click-throughs, exit pages, landing pages, etc...

Personal Information

Nayburz collects all information only to add to the user/customer experience. When certain questions are asked of the user/customer, we will only use this for the purpose specifically stated.
