Nayburz respects your right to privacy and does not collect personally identifiable information (for example your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) about you from Nayburz unless you voluntarily provide it to us. During your visit to the network, we will only collect non-personally identifiable information regarding your usage of Nayburz such as your navigation, click-throughs, exit pages, landing pages, etc...

Nayburz collects all information only to add to the user/customer experience. When certain questions are asked of the user/customer, we will only use this for the purpose specifically stated.

(This confused me but who cares)

If you receive an e-mail from us that you do not wish to receive, you may click on Contact Us and ask us to remove you from our list. We may hold contests where we collect personal information (such as name, address age, city and state). If you participate in the contest or send us a question we may also ask for an e-mail address.

No one will be excluded from the site for not giving us this information. But if a user with no contact information wins, Nayburz executives reserve the right to keep the gift and give it to our respective wife.
